Bugeye Design is the owner of the Bugeye Design logo. All information on this site including design, text, graphics and photographs is the intellectual property of Bugeye Design (Melbourne). These materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All other logos and names appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners. You may quote or refer to information published on this site but you must first obtain permission from Bugeye Design.

Privacy Statement
Bugeye Design is committed to privacy. We ensure any information you supply while at our site shall be held in confidence. Also, we neither share nor sell your information to any other party. Your personal information will never be released without your permission, under any circumstances.

Payment Terms (as per quotation)
Unless by previous agreement ‘the client’ shall agree to pay 40% of the project estimate prior to commencement of work with 30% due upon initial design approval and the remainder, including any outside expenses, prior to our releasing the final artwork files or media to the client, a printer or nominated third party. Minimum deposit is $200 required for jobs totalling less than $400. All deposits are non-refundable. Specific projects such as copywriting, product and/or business naming, and tagline/slogan creation services require all payments to be made in advance. We accept cheques, money orders, all major credit cards via PayPal or direct deposit via bank transfer.

Access
This website and the materials displayed on it may not be accessible from time to time due to act of God or other force majeure events, including inability to obtain or shortage of necessary materials, equipment facilities, power or telecommunications, lack of telecommunications equipment or facilities and failure of information technology or telecommunications equipment or facilities. You must not attempt to change, add to, remove, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with this website or any material or content displayed on this website.
